What we collect, and what we do with it.

Short, because there isn't much. Altineris is in development; the only thing this site collects is what you type into the access form.

Who we are

Altineris is operated by Tim Derzhavets, who is the data controller for everything described here. For anything on this page — including having your data deleted — write tohello@altineris.com. A person reads it.

What we collect

What you type into the access form. Your email address, and optionally what you're building and your answer to what you'd generate. Only the email address is required.

Your approximate country, derived by Cloudflare from your connection. We do not store your IP address, and nothing else about your connection is recorded against your request.

Site analytics. Google Analytics runs on the marketing pages and sets cookies in your browser. It is deliberately not loaded on this page, on the access form, or on the confirmation page, so nothing is tracking you while you type.

We would rather you didn't paste client names or anything under NDA into the free-text field. We don't need it to judge whether this is a fit, and it's the one thing here we'd least like to be holding.

Why, and on what basis

The form fields are processed to answer you — that's Article 6(1)(b), steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. Country and analytics rest on legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)): understanding who is asking, and whether the site works.

There's no consent checkbox because none is needed for the above, and asking for consent we don't rely on would be worse, not better. Requesting access does not put you on a marketing list. If we ever send a broadcast rather than a reply, it will carry an unsubscribe link.

Who else sees it

Cloudflare hosts the site and the database. Google receives analytics data from the marketing pages. If we have internal notifications switched on, your email address and what you're building appear in our own chat — your free-text answer never leaves the database. Nobody else. We don't sell anything to anyone.

Where it's stored, and for how long

Access requests live in a Cloudflare D1 database hosted in the European Union. We keep them until the waitlist closes or 24 months after our last contact with you, whichever comes first, and then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, have it corrected, have it deleted, object to it, or ask for it in a portable form. Write tohello@altineris.com and we'll do it within a month, usually the same week. If you think we've handled it badly you can complain to your national data protection authority.

Changes

If this page changes materially we'll change the date at the top. It currently reads16 August 2026.
