WHAT KEEPS THE COSTUME HONEST

  • Statuses are real — in both directions. "Being built" means being built, and when capabilities land with tests, the chart says that too. Nothing wears a claim the repositories haven't earned.
  • No invented numbers. Counts in the simulation are labelled SPECIMEN; no price appears anywhere because cost has not been measured yet.
  • Seams are visible. The dark belt is scaffolded on purpose — reserved capabilities look reserved, and pending dossiers say pending.
  • Humans hold launch authority. The sputnik is not a metaphor for a feature flag; it is the review queue, and it cannot be bypassed through the API.
