Dozens of capabilities have landed in the repositories, each behind a tracker issue and merged with tests — and the gaps are documented in the same public issue language. Nothing here is generally available yet; the platform's own app review is still ahead. The decks are the four services (seams cut on state shape); the planets are the instruments riding them, and each world's file prints its full manifest, evidence numbers included.

Between the instruments and the platform stands the dockmaster. Every departure is a durable, per-post workflow: the berth is reserved against the 24-hour moving window first — a database constraint, not a hope — then the container is opened at the dock, held no longer than its 24-hour lifetime, and only then does the ship cast off. A carousel, however many panels it carries, is one ship. And the dockmaster never trusts its own arithmetic: it reconciles the window against the platform's own count.

Strikes halt the fleet
Account standing and strike history are tracked per hull; escalation halts that account's departures instead of sailing into the storm. T-099
