THE WELL
The Well is where material is found and kept. It registers the channels and feeds worth watching, archives everything it fetches, and — this is the part nothing else here does — searches inside video, by what is said, what is shown, and what is heard. The Forge asks it for raw material; it does not generate anything itself.

They fail differently
A generator that cannot find good material produces polished nothing. Keeping the two apart means the question "is there anything worth making today" has somewhere to be answered, and someone to answer it.
The part that is actually hard
Finding the moment worth cutting inside thousands of hours is not a filename problem. It needs the words, the pictures and the sound indexed together — and it is the reason this is a wing rather than a folder.
